dedicated to:

Provide a forum for international students
to address their concerns like copyright and related ssues, help with
English language, and acclimatization to Philadelphia.

To encourage students to experience other cultures.
To encourage networking among international community in and
around Philadelphia.
What was the stimulus?
Temple University’s Fox School
of Business has one of the most diverse student communities in the US. A significant
number of the students enrolled in the class of 2009 are international. There is
an emerging need to have an International Students Association. International students
who wish to pursue education in the US have various concerns pertaining to admission,
accommodation, cultural differences, job/internship search, networking etc. IGSA
will assist international students in this difficult transition.
Goals:

To assist international students while
enrolled at the Temple Fox School of Business.

To organize events and speaker series that represent different cultures, and enhance
integration and exposure
