1. Why is my I20 delayed? Whom should I contact regarding it?

Most of the students do not know that they have to send a seperate  I20 application which they call as the Certificate of Eligibility after ther hear about the decision from the graduate school.

or

They might send it along with the application packet to the graduate school.

In both cases the processing of your I20 is delayed. The I20 application should be sent to the Office of International Services through mail or Fax after you have been admitted by the department for the program you applied.

You can find the I20 application here, I20 Application for new students

The easiest way to process your application is fill it up and fax it along with a copy of bank statement
to the office of international services at  001-(215) 204-6166.

Address,
Temple University Office of International Services, 1700 N. Broad Street, Suite 203B, Philadelphia, PA 19122.
